What's this? An integral tadpole? Not quite...

The driver is integral and it runs from a remote DC supply (12-24v DC). It is polarity insensitive (so electricians can’t get it wrong).

It also features Graeme’s new “bug” connector which is tiny and very clever; we'll have more to tell you about this in the next few weeks

Typical uses include boats and caravans. Despite being a Tadpole it’s NOT waterproof (especially the low/ high/ off switch) so we should maybe call it Surf Star Integral (or something like that)?

The point? It is much easier (and sometimes more efficient) to plumb 12 or 24v round a building (or caravan/ boat) and easier to grasp the conventional wiring.
